What happens if I go over my conversation limit?

Your plan includes a set number of conversations per month (Starter: 500, Growth: 2,500, Managed: unlimited). Two behaviors are available, and the default is a hard cap:

Pay-per-use overage (optional) — if you switch overage on from the dashboard, the AI keeps answering and you're billed per extra conversation at $0.25 per conversation on Starter and $0.15 per conversation on Growth. Managed is unlimited and has no overage.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Your changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a long-term contract?
